When should I take my Team to a RFM training program?
- After a crisis, to regain our emotional strength, knowing that a failure
sometimes is needed and that it only shows anew start
- After a victory, to understand and really acknowledge that it wasn’t an
individual achievement
- Before launching a project or a sales team to the field, to gain confidence and
sense of “not being alone”
- When the team relies in one person’s performance
- When the business environment is changing rapidly
- When the Team has lost its common goal and each player, still doing his/her
best, are not working together
- When communication is blocked and we become an archipelago (a set of
information islands)
- …When we think that we don’t need a RFM training program
