The Principles of Play are fundamental in creating a framework which helps to define how the game is played successfully: Contest for the ball, Go-Forward, Support, Continuity, Pressure and Score. The mental and emotional dynamics of the game are the same of a Sales Team or a cross functional team who has to gain the advantage, keep it and score: Attitude – to go for it-, Decision Making- to keep the advantage, Readiness –to solve problems and find options and solutions, Communication - to enhance the effectiveness of the Team and Support -the key role of areas like administration or production, Acceptance –because it's the better way to re-convert a defeat in a future victory. |
