Therefore after RFM's training program the Team is going to
discover or be aware of its own IDENTITY, the spirit that
makes that particular team unique.

This uniqueness will differentiate them and will give each
Manager (now a rugby player!) a sense of belonging. It will
provide the Team with that extra energy, the spirit, which
makes ordinary people achieve extraordinary results.
